We are a long establish course with a world class reputation for excellence and we welcome trainees with challenges such as hyper-mobility. Visitors welcome for tasters and personal study We offer short courses from one week up to a year for those who want to study in-depth for personal benefit or who are considering training. Dates are the same as the training course. Please contact carolyn.nicholls@me.com for more information.

The Brighton Alexander Technique College is a Carrington style-training course, headed by Carolyn Nicholls and based on the renowned skills of Walter & Dilys Carrington.

We are a small course and offer you a unique in-depth training. Our graduates are highly skilled and work all over the UK and overseas. Carolyn is supported by a first class teaching team. Francesca Aldridge and Janet Jacobs are both named assistants on the course; senior teachers Gregg Isaacson, Natalie Gibellini  and   Jeanette Philpott   complete the team

Hyper mobility.  Carolyn and her team have successfully trained several people with varying degrees of hypermobility and have expertise in this field.
